SilentDispatch Command Platform

The SilentDispatch Command Platform provides a set of services through an Application Programming Interface (API) that allows you to quickly an easily develop applications that manage your mobile assets. The API is similar in concept to the Microsoft Windows API where applications are developed to run on Windows such as Excel, QuickBooks, and Acrobat.

Using the SilentDispatch Command Platform you can virtually develop add-on products or integrate with your existing systems. This list includes creating web or mobile applications that can incorporate the following services:

• Generate quotes for cost of services
• Book and dispatch service calls
• Track mobile assets
• Manage accounts, memberships, drivers, and vehicles
• Create and manage custom fields
• Pull data for use in reporting
• Credit card or invoice processing and management
• Integrate with existing legacy systems

The SilentDispatch Command Platform requires a separate license from the turnkey SilentDispatch Ground Services product.
