SilentDispatch, Inc and our customers who license the SilentDispatch suite of applications are the sole owners of the information collected from our applications and the website. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via the mobile applications, email, or direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.

 

We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization and our licensed customers, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to fulfill an order.


Our mobile applications may request location updates while the app is in the foreground or background. Your location data will only be used by the licensed client of SilentDispatch, and may not in any way be shared with any other application or 3rd party.
